Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in the state of work (PA).
• Minimum two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and pain management skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in patients' homes.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and end-of-life care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families through the journey.
• Maintain compliant EMR documentation.
• Travel to patient homes within territory.
