3HC Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice Nurse, RN in Wilson, North Carolina. This full-time role coordinates hospice services, delivers compassionate end-of-life care, and works with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate is a North Carolina-licensed RN with at least one year of acute care experience, CPR certification, and a strong ability to communicate with patients and families. An incentive of $10,000 applies; on-site visits in the Wilson area are expected.

Formación

• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in North Carolina.
• Minimum of one year experience as a professional nurse in an acute care setting.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities.
• Experience with terminally ill patients preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians.
• CPR/BCLS certification maintained.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates all hospice services in assigned counties in alignment with the hospice philosophy and agency policies.
• Maintains current electronic documentation and EMR records within 48 hours.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement the plan of care.
• Provides end-of-life care with dignity and supports patient/family education.
• Rotates on-call coverage as needed and participates in quality improvement activities.
