Job summary

IntelliResume is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to ensure quality care for hospice patients in Bend, OR. As an RN, you will oversee nursing responsibilities, evaluate patient needs, and coordinate care with families and physicians.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license and has at least one year of clinical experience. The position offers full-time work with a comprehensive benefits package, including stock purchase options and 401k contributions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Current driver's license and valid vehicle insurance required.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make the initial nursing evaluation to determine eligibility for hospice services.
• Identify the patient's/family's needs, reassessing no less than every 15 days.
• Initiate and coordinate the plan of care while maintaining clinical notes.
• Document problems, goals, and patient responses to hospice care.
• Collaborate with the patient/family and attending physician in daily care.
