Job summary

Hospice Savannah is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to evaluate patient eligibility for hospice care and deliver comprehensive nursing care across settings. You will protect patient confidentiality, promote rights, respect cultural differences, and uphold our values and service standards.

The role requires a GA RN license with CPR, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to document thoroughly using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• GA RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in hospice/oncology/med-surg/home health.
• Current CPR certification; valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for hospice eligibility and provide nursing care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and promote patient rights.
