Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients and develop care plans in a hospice setting. You’ll collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure compassionate, high-quality service.

You will lead the care team, coordinate plans of care, and advocate for patients’ comfort and dignity. A strong nursing background and hospice experience are preferred; sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as an RN.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with the patient, family, and care team.
• Drive the care team to ensure quality hospice care.
