Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with GA RN license.
• BSN preferred; minimum one year RN experience in hospice, oncology, med-surg or home health providing direct patient care.

• Evaluate patients for hospice eligibility and provide nursing care to patients and families in all settings.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and promote patient rights according to directives.
• Identify and accommodate cultural and lifestyle differences.
• Document patient encounters timely and accurately using computer systems.
