Job summary

VitalCaring Group seeks an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comfort-focused, family-centered end-of-life care in home and community settings across MS counties. You will lead care plans, manage symptoms, and advocate for patients with empathy and clinical excellence.

In this field-based role, you will collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides to ensure high-quality, dignified care aligned with patient goals.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (or compact eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate care approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead plan of care and symptom management for hospice patients.
• Coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning.
