Job summary
VitalCaring – Deliver Care That Brings Comfort and Dignity is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to lead patient-centered hospice care in field settings across MS. You will manage plans of care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide compassionate support to patients and families in their homes and community settings.
The role emphasizes autonomy with team backing, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to dignity and quality of life in end-of-life care.
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or compact eligibility) required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and compassionate care approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead patient-centered hospice care and manage symptom relief.
- Serve as care coordinator across the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning meetings.
