Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on leadership for a hospice program with growth opportunity and accountable for clinical quality.
• Incorporates continuous quality improvement in day-to-day activities and monitors compliance.
• Leads interdisciplinary teams, oversees financial performance, and ensures patient-centered care.
• Manages office operations, staff development, and marketing/materials accuracy.
