Job summary

TriHealth Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to support patients and families during life’s vulnerable moments. You will provide direct and indirect holistic care, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and help maintain comfort and dignity throughout the care continuum.

The position requires travel to Hamilton, Preble, Butler, Brown, Clermont, Clinton and Warren counties. Full-time evening shift with every third weekend and holiday commitments is offered, along with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Required)
• New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire (Required)
• Up to 1 year clinical in nursing (Required)
• Knowledge, judgment, and skills from nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family and documents findings
• Plans and implements individualized care plans and discharge planning
• Safely administers medications and monitors effects in collaboration with the health care team
• Collaborates with physicians and caregivers to revise plans as needed and maintains patient dignity and autonomy
