Job summary

Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice is seeking a dedicated RN for hospice care based in Mt Laurel, NJ, covering Camden, Gloucester, and Atlantic counties. This on-site role requires an NJ RN license and at least two years of nursing experience, with BSN preferred and bilingual skills considered a plus.

You will assess patients, plan individualized care, manage symptoms, coordinate visits, and collaborate with IDT members while educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• NJ RN license required; BSN preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments for comfort and symptom relief.
• Establish and implement an individualized plan of care for each patient.
• Assess the need for patient and family education and provide education as needed.
• Obtain physician orders to achieve symptom management.
• Coordinate home visit schedule and travel time efficiently.
• Refer to IDT members and collaborate with social workers.
