Job summary

Samaritan is seeking a Hospice Nurse to oversee the quality of care for assigned hospice patients in Gloucester/Camden/Atlantic counties. You will assess symptoms, develop and implement individual care plans, and coordinate with physicians and IDT members to ensure optimal comfort and support.

The role requires at least two years of nursing experience, NJ RN license, and the ability to educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• NJ RN license required; BSN preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Salary: $80,808 - $93,712.51 annually based on years of experience

What You’ll Do:
