Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license (Washington state or MLS).
• BLS Certification required; hospice certification preferred.
• 1 year Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per policies and protocols.
