Cedar Valley Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving Waverly, IA and surrounding communities. You will provide expert clinical care, education and support to patients and families in home and facility settings as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Current Iowa RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to hospice patients in homes and healthcare facilities.
• Deliver compassionate end-of-life care focused on comfort, dignity and quality of life.
• Assess patients' physical, emotional, psychosocial and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Monitor changes in condition and update plan of care.
• Educate and support patients, caregivers and families.
