Qualifications

• Three years of RN hospice experience.
• Strong critical thinking with problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care delivery and ensure quality, compliant service.
• Develop and support a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to guide care and ensure compliance.
• Manage intake coordination and balance referral volume with staffing.
• Ensure Start of Care compliance and monitor patient outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and schedule management.
• Oversee field visits and monitor cost efficiency (supplies, overtime, visits per episode).
• Coordinate with billing on authorizations and exceptions.
