Job summary

Envision Hospice in Thurston County is seeking a Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical operations, supervise field staff, and ensure compliance in WA state. This role reports to the Director of Clinical Services and balances in‑office leadership with field support for new admissions and care coordination.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, auditing charting for accuracy, and maintaining high-quality end‑of‑life care.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license in good standing.
• Active BLS certification.
• 3-5 years healthcare management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 1 year RN hospice clinical experience.
• Proficient with EMR and healthcare technologies.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Clinical Services in operations and policy alignment.
• Balance in-office leadership with field support for admissions and care coordination.
• Review clinical orders, ensure charting accuracy and timely documentation.
• Oversee scheduling, staff competency, training, and education.
• Support admissions reviews and care planning.
• Perform additional duties to support clinical excellence.
