Continuum Hospice is seeking a self-motivated Hospice RN Clinical Liaison to join our team in Rhode Island. You will identify new referral sources, educate families and providers about hospice services, and help grow census through hospital and facility outreach.

The role requires building strong relationships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and social workers, with a focus on patient-centered care and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• RN with current unencumbered license.
• 1+ year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• 1–2 years’ experience in hospice/palliative marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies primary decision makers and builds relationships with medical community and partners.
• Promotes hospice services through regular visits to increase census and referrals.
• Works to establish the hospice brand as the preferred provider in the service area.
