Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients in Marion and Mansfield with 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, every other weekend. You will collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate, home-based hospice care, educate families, and promote comfort and dignity for patients.

Ideal candidates hold an Ohio RN license, have at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and carry current

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BCLS certification.

Responsibilities
