Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients in Marion and Mansfield. You will provide compassionate home-based hospice care, coordinate with the care team, and educate families on end-of-life care in a supportive, family-centered environment.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, on-site visits, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision with a focus on work–life balance.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones and do activities they enjoy
• Build trusting compassionate relationships with patients and families
• Educate caregivers on care for loved ones
• Collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity
