Job summary

OhioHealth at Home, in partnership with Compassus, is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager. You will provide compassionate end‑of‑life care, build relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity at home.

Applicants should hold an RN license in their state, have at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
