Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Columbus, OH. This role focuses on delivering compassionate home-based hospice care, coordinating patient care with families and the care team.

You will be responsible for managing symptoms, educating families, and ensuring quality end-of-life care in a home setting. Requires an Ohio RN license, 2 years RN experience (hospice preferred), valid driver's license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
