Four Seasons is seeking an RN Case Manager in Henderson County and surrounding areas, including Laurel Park to Pisgah Forest. The role coordinates nursing care, delivers direct nursing services, and supervises LPN and Hospice Aide staff within a salaried, full-time framework.

Qualifications include a NC RN license and at least two years of clinical experience. Nursing leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication skills are essential for successful care coordination and team

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• RN license in North Carolina is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing plan of care for ~15 patients.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise LPN/Hospice Aide staff.
• Educate and supervise staff in treatment regimens.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for patient-centered plans.
• Maintain safe and effective nursing care and documentation.
