Qualifications

• Ability to use equipment with visual and auditory mechanisms.
• Active BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient/family needs and coordinate Plan of Care.
• Provide clinical, palliative, and supportive care to patients.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and safety practices.
