Job summary

As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will coordinate services, guide patients and families through the hospice journey, and advocate for comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

This role covers the West Worcester territory, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and comes with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
