Job summary

HIA Hospice in Jamestown, ND is seeking a part-time Staff RN/Case Manager to deliver nursing care for hospice patients in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. This role will be based at the Jamestown office and serve surrounding communities.

The position requires an RN with relevant experience; BSN is preferred. It offers a 24-hour per week schedule, benefits, and a competitive pay range starting at $34.67/hour with potential for higher compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in North Dakota and Minnesota (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year as hospital staff nurse or 2 years in health care
• Strong interpersonal communication, counseling, and teaching skills
• Flexibility in scheduling; team player

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the IDG
• Coordinate patient admissions and hospice referrals
• Conduct physical assessments and manage symptoms
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve goals
