Job summary
Crescent Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join our compassionate nursing team, delivering hands-on hospice nursing care and coordinating services for patients across the Tri-County area (Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester). You will guide patients and families through the hospice journey with clinical excellence and compassionate support.
A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered, along with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule and a comprehensive
Qualifications
- Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a plus!
- Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
