Compassus in Chantilly, VA seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones, build trusting relationships with families, and educate caregivers on care for their loved one. You will collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.

RN license in state of assignment, 2 years nursing experience with hospice preferred, valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of assignment.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
