Formación

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Hands-on CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient and family to determine home care needs.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care as required.
• Re-evaluate patients' needs regularly.
• Develop comprehensive care plans including patient and family.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
