The role emphasizes professional nursing competency, collaboration with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other care team members within a supportive family-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Hospice or related patient-care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and direct hospice care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team and build relationships with patients and families.
• Maintain commitment to high standards of care and professional nursing competency.
