Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our patient-centered team in Alabama. You will coordinate home-based hospice services, manage symptoms, and support families with compassionate guidance.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Minimum of two years as a registered nurse; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current CPR/BCLS certifications.
