Compassus in Alabama is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home and hospice care. You will coordinate patient plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help families navigate care options.

The role emphasizes building trust with patients and families, educating caregivers, and ensuring comfort, peace, and dignity at the end of life. A valid Alabama RN license and CPR certification are required, with at least two years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
