Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our team. You will enable patients to spend meaningful time with their loved ones, build trusting relationships with families, and empower caregivers with education on home care.

Collaboration with the care team ensures comfort, peace, and dignity in end-of-life care. Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a current driver’s license, CPR/BCLS

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work is required.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license is required.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification is required.
