Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads staff and participates in plan of care development with the interdisciplinary team.
• Explains advanced directives and coordinates with the team on patient needs.
• Documents clearly and maintains independence, problem-solving, and teaching as needed.
