Job summary

Good Samaritan in Nisswa, MN is seeking an RN to provide care to assigned patients in a caring, safe, and efficient manner and to lead staff within the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license and maintains required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to assigned patients in a caring, safe, and efficient manner.
• Participate in creation and implementation of the plan of care by the interdisciplinary team.
• Document clearly and communicate with patients/residents, families, and health care team.
