Job summary

Good Samaritan in Bemidji, MN is seeking an experienced RN for full-time hospice care. You will provide direct patient care, lead the interdisciplinary team, and help evaluate patient outcomes within established care plans.

The role requires an active RN license, a minimum of two years of clinical experience, and a valid driver’s license. Day shifts with some weekend work are expected in a supportive, not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Must possess an unencumbered RN license and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to assigned patients in a caring, safe, and efficient manner.
• Participate in the plan of care and ensure implementation by the interdisciplinary team.
• Document clearly and communicate with patients, families, and health-care team.
• Demonstrate independence, critical thinking and appropriate teaching to patients and staff.
