Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home-based setting. You will enable patients to enjoy meaningful time with loved ones, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comfort and dignity at the end of life.

The role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive onboarding, pre-tax benefits, education support, and a range of insurance options.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
