Compassus in Hollins, VA is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will assess, plan, and coordinate end-of-life care, empowering families and ensuring comfort, dignity, and support.

You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage caseloads in a compassionate setting, and uphold our Care for Who You Are culture with flexible scheduling and benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
