Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Columbus, OH to enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones and activities they enjoy. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families while educating caregivers on care for their loved one in collaboration with the care team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, Coordinated home-based hospice care with a focus on comfort, peace, and dignity for patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

• Build trusting compassionate relationships with your patients and their families.
