Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager. You will provide skilled home-based nursing, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families at the end of life.

Applicants should be a licensed RN in the state, with at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and hold CPR/BCLS certification. A valid driver's license is required. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.
