Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Kentucky. You will provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care, coordinating with the care team to support end-of-life goals and quality of life. A valid RN license in Kentucky and CPR/BCLS are required, with 2 years of RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
