Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families in Michigan. You will enable quality time with loved ones and coordinate compassionate home-based care.

You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers on care, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity. Compassus offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

RN licensed in the state you work.
At least 2 years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
Current CPR and BCLS certification.
