Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Michigan to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care. You will work with the care team to deliver comfort, dignity, and support in patients’ homes and communities.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, at least two years as a registered nurse with hospice experience preferred, and current CPR/BCLS. A driver’s license and commitment to care quality are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
