Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Michigan to empower patients and families at home. You will coordinate care, assess needs, and ensure comfort and dignity in the patient’s final stages.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Michigan, has at least two years of RN experience (hospice experience preferred), and maintains CPR and BCLS certifications. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where you work.
• Two or more years of registered nurse experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
