You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers on care, and collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity in end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of nursing experience with hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• CPR and BCLS certification.
