Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• CPR certification maintained and up to date.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and families.
• Assess physical, emotional and spiritual needs and document progress.
• Monitor vital signs and administer physician-ordered medications.
• Educate families on care techniques and symptom management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
