Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide skilled home-based care and coordinate patient plans in Georgia. The role emphasizes compassion, education for caregivers, and close collaboration with the care team.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in the state, have hospice experience, and possess CPR/BCLS certification. A valid driver’s license is required to visit patients across the service area.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver's license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
