Compassus seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to coordinate home-based hospice care, ensure patient comfort, and support families with compassionate guidance. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized plans in line with each patient’s goals and needs.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in the state, have hospice experience, and possess CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
