Job summary

Cadre Family Companies' Hospice Registered Nurse provides compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. You will apply clinical expertise and the hospice philosophy to ensure comfort and support.

Required: RN license in state of practice, at least 1 year of nursing experience, a valid driver's license and ability to travel across the service area.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across service area.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR documentation.
• Hospice, palliative care, or home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to patients and families.
• Deliver care in patients' homes, assisted living, and SNFs.
• Manage symptoms with clinical expertise and empathy.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and care plans.
