Job summary

Cadre Family Companies’ Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care team seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families in homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. You’ll apply your clinical expertise and the hospice philosophy to help patients receive the comfort and support they deserve.

Qualifications

Experienced Hospice or Home Health RN.
Strong understanding of the hospice philosophy.
Excellent communication and observation skills.
Compassion and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
Ability to provide care in patients' homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality bedside care to patients and their families.
Deliver compassionate care in patients' homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
Manage patient symptoms with clinical expertise and empathy.
Support patients and families throughout their hospice journey.
Document and coordinate care across the care team.
Accurately document assessments, progress notes, care plans, and physician orders.
Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
