Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate home-based care in the Columbus area. You will support patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and help empower caregivers with practical guidance for at-home comfort and dignity.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and current CPR/BCLS certification, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years' experience as a registered nurse; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver's license.
• CPR and BCLS certification current.

Responsibilities
